Your team of AI agents
You stay up front. The team works behind you.
Seven AI agents, each with its own role: four handle one module each (catalog, lots, certificates of analysis and homeopathy) and three work across all of them (branches, migration and support). They prepare the work; the pharmacist checks and decides.

Module agents
One agent for each module.
Helena, André, Beatriz and Otávio follow the rules of the module they work in and use the same screens as your team.

Helena Duarte
Pharmaceutical records · Catalog
Prepares each product record with DCB, Portaria 344/98 list, units and factors, and saves it only after you check it.
Builds the product record from what the pharmacy declares: DCB or CAS, regulatory class, Portaria 344/98 list and units
Sets up label name, synonyms and shelf life by dosage form
Converts quantities using the product’s factor and rejects the conversion when the factor is missing
The pharmacist checks the record and is accountable for the control list, the class and the factors.

André Sato
Lots and stock ledger · Inventory
Prepares receipts and adjustments by lot, with the lot’s factors and the category’s policy, for you to post. If something needs correcting, he puts together the reversal and the new ledger entry, which you also post.
Prepares the receipt line by line, with lot, expiration date and lot factors
Prepares adjustments numbered by branch, in the number/year format
Prepares the correction as a reversal and a new ledger entry, for you to post; the original stays in the stock ledger
The document only takes effect when someone on the team with access to the Inventory area posts it.

Beatriz Lima
Certificates of analysis and expiration dates · Inventory
Records the certificate-of-analysis assays on the raw-material lot and organizes the branch’s expiration alerts for your team to resolve.
Records assay results linked to the lot, with the previous version kept
Records a reissued assay without erasing the previous one
Organizes the branch’s expiration alerts by lot and by date
The conclusion on each assay and the disposition of each lot are up to the pharmacist.

Otávio Reis
Dynamization · Homeopathy
Records method, potency and starting lot as the pharmacopeia writes them. Does not convert scales or calculate dilutions.
Maintains the registry of dynamization methods and scales
Records the homeopathic lot with method, potency and starting lot
Explains why the registry has no equivalence between scales
The dilution ratio only takes effect after the homeopathic pharmacist validates it.
Operations agents
Three agents who work across all modules.
Caio handles branches and access, Renata oversees implementation and Camila explains every screen and every rejection.

Caio
Branches and access
Sets up the branches, records each store’s sanitary dossier and shows who sees what. Access is granted by the pharmacy owner.
Sets up the branches and shows which branches each person is linked to
Explains why a menu or a branch does not appear for someone
Records each branch’s sanitary dossier, without submitting anything to the health surveillance authority
The pharmacy owner decides who sees what.

Renata
Implementation and migration
Measures your database, prepares the mapping for the pharmacist to approve and delivers the record-count report before any data takes effect.
Measures the current system’s database in read-only mode, before importing
Prepares the mapping for codes and factors whose meaning is unclear
Oversees the test run on a copy and delivers the reconciliation report
Data only takes effect with explicit, recorded approval.

Camila
Support
Explains every VUpharma screen and every rejection, with the rule that was broken and what to fix. When the question goes beyond the screen, she hands the conversation to the VUpharma team through the channels set out in the contract.
Explains every screen in the Pharmacy, Inventory and Administration areas
Explains a rejection: which rule the operation broke and what to fix
Hands the conversation to the VUpharma team when the question is not about the screen
You correct the data; technical decisions go back to the pharmacist.
VUpharma’s AI agents are not registered with the CRF and do not replace the responsible pharmacist. They set up records, enter transactions and explain, within the rules your pharmacy has declared; assessing the prescription and approving the preparation are acts of the pharmacist.
How it works
Three steps. You have the final word.
01
Ask the way you would ask your team
In one sentence: “enter the receipt for order 0187 with these 3 lots” or “why was this adjustment rejected?” You do not need to look for the screen.

02
The agent prepares in the same screens
It builds the record or the document in VUpharma’s screens, with the same validations as someone typing. Whatever breaks your pharmacy’s rules is rejected before it is saved.
The same rules
03
You check and confirm
Nothing takes effect without your confirmation. The factors, the migration mapping and the release policy remain the pharmacist’s decisions.

Limits
What no agent does.
The agents work within the rules your pharmacy has declared and with the areas and branches of the person asking.
01
Assessing the prescription or approving the preparation
These are acts of the responsible pharmacist. No agent assesses, approves or guarantees a preparation.
02
Releasing a lot or granting access
Release follows the policy the pharmacy declared in the category. Access to an area or a branch is granted by the pharmacy owner.
03
Assuming a factor or erasing a ledger entry
Without the factor, the conversion is rejected. An incorrect entry is reversed and replaced with a new one, and the original stays in the stock ledger.
