Product
What sits behind the counter, in order.
Pharmaceutical catalog, lot-based inventory, certificates of analysis and expiration dates, branches and migration. The same rule applies in every module: the pharmacist decides, and the system records and rejects whatever breaks the rules.
The modules
Three modules, the same rule.
In each one, the pharmacist sets the rules, and the system records and rejects whatever does not follow them.
Pharmaceutical catalog
DCB and CAS, regulatory class, Portaria 344/98 list, dosage forms, capsules and packaging, shelf life by dosage form, label name and unit conversion with no assumed factor.
Lot-based inventory
Lots with pharmaceutical factors, quarantine and release, receiving linked to the purchase order, adjustments numbered by branch and a computed balance derived from a stock ledger that is never erased.
Certificates of analysis and expiration dates
Raw-material lot assays with version history, and a daily alert, at each branch, for lots with a balance that are expired or close to expiring.
The foundation
Branches, access, languages and cloud.
Branches
Inventory data kept separate by branch, master data shared across the branches you choose and each user linked to the branches where they work.
Access areas
Each person only sees in the menu, and only opens, the screens of the areas they have been granted: Pharmacy, Inventory or Administration.
Eight languages
Screens in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. The regulatory content is Brazilian: Portaria 344/98, DCB and the Brazilian Homeopathic Pharmacopeia (FHB).
In the cloud
Used in the browser, with no server or database installed at the pharmacy.
Change history
Changes to factors, regulatory flags, shelf life, labels, lots and assays keep the previous version.
Migration with a method
Import under the same rules as the screen, with a test run on a copy, repeatable without duplication and with a reconciliation report.
What stays with the pharmacist
The system records. You decide.
VUpharma was designed to work behind the responsible pharmacist, never in their place.
01
Assess and approve
Assessing the prescription and approving the preparation are acts of the pharmacist. The system neither assesses nor approves.
02
Set the rules
The lot, release and zero-quantity policy for each category is declared by the pharmacy, never inferred by the system.
03
Confirm what is uncertain
Factors from the previous system with an uncertain meaning are only entered with the pharmacist’s recorded decision.
Scope
What is not part of VUpharma.
So you can decide with the full picture.
