What sits behind the counter, in order.

Pharmaceutical catalog, lot-based inventory, certificates of analysis and expiration dates, branches and migration. The same rule applies in every module: the pharmacist decides, and the system records and rejects whatever breaks the rules.

A pharmacist checks the label of a jar in the stockroom, between shelves organized by lot.

The agents

An AI agent in every module.

Four agents handle the catalog, lots, certificates of analysis and homeopathy; three work across all modules. All of them use the same screens and rules as your team, and nothing takes effect without your confirmation.

The modules

Three modules, the same rule.

In each one, the pharmacist sets the rules, and the system records and rejects whatever does not follow them.

The foundation

Branches, access, languages and cloud.

Branches

Inventory data kept separate by branch, master data shared across the branches you choose and each user linked to the branches where they work.

Access areas

Each person only sees in the menu, and only opens, the screens of the areas they have been granted: Pharmacy, Inventory or Administration.

Eight languages

Screens in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Chinese. The regulatory content is Brazilian: Portaria 344/98, DCB and the Brazilian Homeopathic Pharmacopeia (FHB).

In the cloud

Used in the browser, with no server or database installed at the pharmacy.

Change history

Changes to factors, regulatory flags, shelf life, labels, lots and assays keep the previous version.

Migration with a method

Import under the same rules as the screen, with a test run on a copy, repeatable without duplication and with a reconciliation report.

The responsible pharmacist reads a document at the bench.

What stays with the pharmacist

The system records. You decide.

VUpharma and the system’s AI agents were built to work behind the responsible pharmacist, never in their place.

01

Assess and approve

Assessing the prescription and approving the preparation are acts of the pharmacist. The system neither assesses nor approves.

02

Set the rules

The lot, release and zero-quantity policy for each category is declared by the pharmacy, never inferred by the system.

03

Confirm what is uncertain

Factors from the previous system with an uncertain meaning are only entered with the pharmacist’s recorded decision.

Scope

What is not part of VUpharma.

So you can decide with the full picture.

Formula calculation and compounding records (work orders)

Capsule or packaging selection

Printing labels or certificates of analysis

Counter sales and tax invoicing

Submission to SNGPC (ANVISA’s controlled-substance reporting system) and controlled-substance record-keeping

Stock transfers between branches and consolidated network reports
