Pharmacy and network dashboards
The numbers of the pharmacy and the network on a single dashboard.
Orders, revenue, inventory, expiration dates, finance, customer service and the consultation room, by branch and in the network view. The dashboard updates with every entry, and each number opens the record behind it. The numbers come from the system; the decisions are yours.

Illustrative values.

The dashboards agent
You ask in a single sentence. Davi shows the number and where it comes from.
Davi Moreira, an AI agent, builds the dashboards from the system’s own records. He answers questions about the numbers and alerts you when a metric goes past the limit you set. What to do with each number is your decision.

Consolidates orders, revenue, inventory, expiration dates and finances across all branches
Updates the dashboards with every entry and compares periods and branches
Answers questions like “Which branch lost the most to expiration this month?” in a single sentence
Build a dashboard of October’s expiration losses, by branch. Let me know when a branch goes over R$ 1,000 in the month.

I built the “Expiration losses · October” dashboard, by branch. The alert is set at R$ 1,000 per branch per month. Jardins has already gone over that amount in October, and its alert shows here. When another branch goes over, I’ll let you know too. Each value on the dashboard opens the lots and loss entries behind it.
Illustrative example.
What goes on the dashboard
Every area of the pharmacy, by branch and in the network view.

What stays with you
Davi organizes the numbers. The decisions are yours.
01
The numbers come from the records
The dashboard adds up what was entered in the system: orders, stock receipts, losses and financial entries. Each number opens the records that make it up.
02
The limits are yours
You choose the metric and the limit for each alert. Davi lets you know when the number goes past it. He does not change entries.
03
The decision is yours
Buying, transferring stock between branches or reviewing a price is a decision for the owner and the managers. The dashboard shows the number; you decide.
Access and LGPD
Each person sees only their own branches and areas.
The pharmacy owner defines who sees what: the Jardins manager sees Jardins, the finance team sees the finance area, the owner sees the network. The dashboards show totals by branch and by area. Customers’ personal and health data stays in their records, with the access the pharmacy has defined.
Access by branch and by area, defined by the pharmacy owner
Davi answers only with what the person is allowed to see
Totals on the dashboards; customer and patient data in their records
Each dashboard shows when it was last updated
