Privacy policy

1. Who we are

VUpharma is management software for compounding pharmacies. The website and the handling of demo requests are operated, on a provisional basis, by KCorp Group, Inc., which acts as the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the personal data processed when you:

• visit the VUpharma website;
• fill out the demo request form;
• write to us or talk with us about VUpharma.

It does not cover your pharmacy’s data processed within the system by a VUpharma customer. That processing is governed by the contract with the customer, agreed in writing before any access.

3. Data we collect

In the demo request: your name, email, WhatsApp (if provided), pharmacy name, city and state, pharmacy type, number of branches, your role and, if you wish, the system you use today and a message.

When you write to us: your name, your contact details and what you tell us.

When you visit the website: technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, language and the source of the visit (for example, UTM parameters from a campaign).

4. How we use the data

• to respond to your request and schedule the demo;
• to present VUpharma and prepare a proposal, if you ask for one;
• to operate, protect and improve the website, for example by displaying pages in your language and preventing abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations and defend rights.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Legal bases

Where Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018) or another applicable law requires it, we rely on: preliminary procedures related to a contract, at your request, to process the demo request and the proposal; legitimate interest, to operate and protect the website and respond to inquiries; consent, when we ask for it, for example for optional cookies; and compliance with a legal obligation.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the website and customer service, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and communication, who act on our instructions; with other KCorp companies, when necessary to provide shared services; with professional advisors bound by confidentiality; and with authorities, when required by law.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and a script from Stripe, a payment provider used by the website’s platform. These providers may receive technical data from your visit, such as your IP address, and Stripe may set its own cookies.

7. International transfer

KCorp is headquartered in the United States, and we or our providers may process data outside Brazil. In these cases, we adopt the safeguards provided for in Article 33 of the LGPD, such as contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

We keep demo request data while the sales conversation is active and for a limited period afterward, in case you contact us again; technical data, for a short time, to keep the website secure; and records required by law, for the legally required period. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, such as encryption in transit and access control. No system is completely secure; if there is an incident that affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities when required by law.

10. Your rights

Under Article 18 of the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

11. Cookies

We use the cookies necessary for the website to work, for example to remember your language. Optional analytics tools are only loaded after your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Providers mentioned in section 6 may set their own cookies.

12. Minors

The website is intended for professionals and businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
