1. Who operates the website

The VUpharma website is operated, on a provisional basis, by KCorp Group, Inc.

2. Product information

The pages describe the functions of VUpharma in general terms. They are not a binding offer: scope, terms, implementation, support and pricing are defined in the written proposal and contract with each customer.

3. Demo request

Submitting the demo form does not create a contract or an obligation for either party.

4. Technical responsibility

VUpharma is management software. It does not assess prescriptions, does not approve preparations and does not replace the responsible pharmacist, who is in charge of these decisions under health regulations.

5. Appropriate use

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access restricted areas, not to interfere with its operation and not to submit false content or third-party content without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, name, symbol, logo and other elements of the website belong to KCorp or its licensors. Reproducing them without authorization is not permitted, except within the limits of the law.

7. Examples and market data

The sample records on the website use illustrative values. The market figures come from the sources indicated next to each one, are for information only and may be updated by the sources themselves.
