Counter and cash register

Counter sales, a checked register and the invoice on the spot.

Formula pickup and ready-made product sales go through the same register, in cash, card or Pix, and the invoice is issued when the sale closes. Leonardo, an AI agent, prepares each register’s closing; the cashier checks it and the manager approves any difference.

At the pharmacy counter, an attendant hands a customer her bag while she pays by contactless card.

Counter sales

The formula and the ready-made product in the same sale.

The cashier pulls up the order by the customer’s name or by number, and the formula and the ready-made product go into the same sale. At closing, each part gets its own invoice.

The quote the customer accepted becomes a sale, with the formula and the amount the pharmacist approved

Only formulas the pharmacist has released show up for pickup

Payment when ordering or at pickup

Ready-made products by barcode, with the lot closest to expiration and the outflow posted to the lot’s stock ledger

Receiving

Cash, card and Pix at the same register.

Card on the integrated terminal

With the card terminal integrated into the register (TEF), the amount goes to it without retyping, and the authorization comes back to the sale. Credit, debit and installments.

Pix

The QR code is generated with the sale amount, and the sale closes when the payment is confirmed.

Cash and change

The cashier enters the amount received and the register shows the change. A sale can be paid in more than one way, such as part by Pix and part in cash.

Invoice on the spot

The invoice is issued when the sale closes, and the one for the ready-made product shows the payment method and, for card and Pix, the transaction data your state’s SEFAZ requires. If SEFAZ is down, the NFC-e is issued in contingency mode and transmitted later, within the deadline the rule sets.

When the count does not match the expected amount, the difference goes to the manager, who approves it and records the reason. Only then does the register close.

What stays with people

Leonardo prepares. People sell, release and approve.

01

Close the sale

The cashier checks the items and the payment and closes the sale. The invoice is issued only at that moment.

02

Release the formula

Only formulas the pharmacist has released show up for pickup. Counseling the customer at handover is the pharmacist’s role.

03

Check and approve the register

The cashier counts the cash and confirms the closing. A difference is only accepted with the manager’s approval, and the manager records the reason.

Questions about the counter and the register.

No. He prepares the closing and compares what the cashier counted with what the register recorded. The cashier confirms, and any difference waits for the manager’s approval.
NFS-e for the made-to-order compounded formula; NFC-e or, when the transaction calls for it, NF-e for the ready-made product. In a sale with both, each part gets its own invoice.
The register works with an integrated card terminal (TEF), and the amount goes to it without retyping. In the demo, we confirm the integration with the provider your pharmacy uses.
By reversal, with the manager’s approval. The invoice is canceled within the deadline and under the conditions the rule allows, and the payment and the ready-made product’s outflow in the lot’s stock ledger are reversed. The original sale stays in the history, with who canceled it and why. Once the deadline has passed, the invoice can no longer be canceled, and the return follows your state’s tax rules.
Yes. Card and Pix sales go into the branch’s accounts receivable, and Leonardo reconciles them with the bank statement. Cash drops, top-ups and the approved difference go into cash flow.
